Anonymous Advocates have been in the developmental disabilities field for several years and have seen first hand the vast discrepancies that exist from provider to provider. We also realize that all many families get when they are first enrolled is simply a list of names. There has been nothing out there until now that can tell families anything about what the case managers are like, if they will get their foster care checks in a timely and consistent manner, or if the group homes are nice places to live. Anonymous Advocates, in our ceaseless efforts to advocate and stand up for the vulnerable developmental disabilities community, wants to change that. We are not here to glorify some providers and vilify others. We are here to provide individuals and families that face a severe information asymmetry unbiased and accurate information about what HCS providers are really like.
