Our mission is two fold:
- To provide individuals and their families participating in Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) an information portal about the vast array of services and service-providers available to them. The information portal will help families make a reasoned and informed decision based on a variety of quality measures.
- To provide the developmental disabilities community with a tool to monitor and check the practices of HCS providers.

What is HCS?
Home and Community-Based Services, otherwise known as HCS in Texas, is a Medicaid waiver program for individuals with developmental disabilities such as mental retardation, autism, and other related conditions.
HCSInformation.com will be a viable method for sharing information in the HCS community.
